FOOLPROOF PIE CRUST | |
4 c. flour 1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 egg 1/2 c. cold water Mix first 4 ingredients with fork or mixer. In a cup, stir together other ingredients, then combine together, stirring until moistened. Mold into 4 balls, chill or freeze. Makes 4 pie crusts. |
