1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites, unbeaten
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Mix butter, flour, brown sugar and nuts together and spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees stirring occasionally until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and put 1/2 crumbs on bottom of 8 x 12 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients, except whipping cream, in large bowl. Whip at medium speed for about 15 minutes. Fold in whipping cream. Pour over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Freeze. Cut into squares to serve.
