PEANUT BUTTER-N-JELLY CREPES 
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

(Or make pancake batter adding more milk to make batter thin).

Butter
Peanut butter
Jelly

Beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Use a hot buttered griddle. Pour about 1/4 cup mix tilting pan to spread batter. When golden brown on both sides remove from pan. Spread crepe with peanut butter on 1/2 and jelly on the other 1/2. Roll it up from jelly side (peanut butter holds it together). Serve hot. Your kids will love them.
