CORN PUDDING | |
2 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. sugar 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1 can cream style corn 3/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Melt butter in casserole; set aside. Mix all other ingredients in bowl. Mix well and pour into casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4. |
