CHINESE SALAD 
1/2 head cabbage, green, shredded
1/2 head cabbage, purple, shredded or 1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded cabbage
4 green onions with tops, chopped
1 pkg. chicken flavored Ramon noodles
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 tsp. sesame seeds

Mix shredded cabbage, onions; break noodles into small pieces and add to cabbage. Toast sesame seeds and almonds in dry fry pan until scorched. Add to cabbage. Mix dressing and toss right away before serving.

DRESSING:

Mix chicken flavor packet from soup mix with:

1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
