MINCEMEAT PEACHES 
1 lg. can peach halves
1 1/2 c. mincemeat
Sherry
Brown sugar

Place peach halves in baking dish. Fill cavity with mincemeat. Sprinkle a few drops of sherry on each. Sprinkle brown sugar over each. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through at 350 degrees. Delicious served with chicken or ham or as a condiment with chicken salad. Serves 8 to 12.
