PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix flour and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 350 oven in a 9x13 pan for 45 to 50 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick (4 oz.) butter
1 1/2 c. XX sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix together with electric mixer.
