APPLE CRISP 
8 apples
4 tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 beaten egg

Peel apples and slice. In greased 8 x 13 inch pan, put in apples along with 4 tablespoons water and 1/2 cup of sugar sprinkled on top of apples. In separate bowl, mix Bisquick, 1 cup sugar, cinnamon and egg. Once mixed, add to above pan. Batter will be lumpy. Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour.
