1 c. water
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 orange rind, grated
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs, well beaten

Boil in sauce pan until thick, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool, when cool enough pour over fruit. Any fruit may be used, canned or fresh.
