CANTONESE STEAK 
1 round steak, cut in bite-size strips
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 sm. onion, chopped
3/4 c. water

Brown beef in wok or skillet with onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, soy sauce and water. Bring to boil, add bouillon cube. Simmer 10 minutes. Add bell peppers and simmer 10 minutes longer. Bring to boil. Add cornstarch mixture and stir until thickened. Serve over rice.
