2 lb. ricotta cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 box confetti cake mix
1 can whole cherries

Mix box cake according to directions. Pour into round glass baking dish, 10 x 2 1/2 inches.

Mix ricotta cheese, vanilla and eggs together. Spoon it on top of unbaked cake. Spread it all on top. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour until top is no longer moist. Remove from oven. Cool about 30 minutes. Spread can of cherries on top. Ready to eat.

This takes about 10 minutes to prepare, without cooking time.
