SPANISH RICE WITH BEEF 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (10 oz.) birds eye frozen corn
1 c. water
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice

Brown meat breaking pieces and stirring about 5 minutes. Add corn, water, tomatoes and seasonings and bring to a boil. Stir in dry rice, cover and remove from heat. Let stand about 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
