SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick butter (melted)
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten

Combine potatoes, sugar, salt, butter, milk, flavoring, and eggs. Pour in greased baking dish.

CRUNCHY TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter
1 c. nuts

Sprinkle topping over potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
