FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE OR PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail with juice
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg

TOPPING:

Cinnamon
Brown sugar
Chopped nuts

Mix ingredients. Pour in square pan or pie plate. Top with brown sugar mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for glass pan or 350 degrees for metal pan for 40- 50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
