FROSTED PUMPKIN SQUARES 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into 9 x 13 pan.

Mix eggs, sugar, and cream cheese until light and fluffy; pour over cracker layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 3 egg yolks 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 env. unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 3 egg whites

Put first 5 ingredients in top of double boiler. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring, or until thick. In another dish dissolve gelatin in water; stir over low heat and add to pumpkin; cool.

Beat egg whites stiff; fold into pumpkin. Pour over other layers. Top with whip cream and refrigerate.
