1 egg white
2 c. nuts
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. flavoring (rum, coconut, orange, cinnamon or combination)

Mix egg white, flavoring, and sugar in a bowl. Stir in nuts until well coated. Put in a 9 inch greased pie pan. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir evenly minute until gloss is gone. Pour on plate to cool. Stir frequently to separate.
