1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 c. nuts

Cook sugar and orange juice to hard ball stage when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat. Add orange peel and nuts. Stir until sugar begins to look cloudy. Drop by spoonsful onto wax paper. Separate into desired cluster or into half nut size.
