BEAN SPROUTS WITH GREEN ONIONS | |
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter 8 green onions, with tops, finely chopped 2 cans (1 lb. size) bean sprouts, drained 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley 1. In hot butter, in wok or large skillet, saute chopped green onion over low heat, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender, about 3 minutes. 2. Stir in bean sprouts. When heated thoroughly, add soy sauce. Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
