FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. pecans
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 lb. bag marshmallows
1 lg. can evaporated milk (add water to make 2 c.)
1 lb. cherries
1 lb. pineapples
2 bags coconut (3 1/2 oz. each)
1 lb. English walnuts
1 lb. black walnuts

Combine milk and water to marshmallows. Cook together stirring constantly until marshmallows dissolves. Add marshmallow mixture to remaining ingredients. Mix well. Then pack into loaf pans lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for 2 days.
