CHICKEN CORDON BLEU | |
6 flat whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned 1 can mushrooms 1 stick butter 6 slices thinly sliced ham 6 slices Swiss cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 soup can milk Saute mushrooms and butter. Lay chicken in casserole, lay slice of ham over each piece of chicken. Lay slice of cheese over each. Pour over chicken 2 soups and milk. Top with mushrooms and butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Pour off gravy and serve separately. |
