CHICKEN CORDON - BLEU 
Dried beef
Chicken breast, skinned & boned
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream of mushroom
Bacon strips

Place dried beef on bottom of pan. Place chicken breast on top. Wrap breast edges with bacon. Mix sour cream and mushroom soup. Pour over top. Bake 2-2 1/2 hours at 250 degrees.
