FUDGE KRISPIES 
2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
4 c. Rice Krispies

In saucepan add chocolate chips, butter, syrup. Stir over low heat until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and powdered sugar, add cereal and mix lightly until well coated. Spread in 9x13 pan. Chill. Store in refrigerator.
