CHICKEN AND RICE 
4 chicken breasts
1 c. dry Minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. onion
Kitchen Bouquet

Tear 4 large squares of foil and put large slice of onion in center of each. Add 2 large tablespoons rice on top of onion. Spoon 1 tablespoon cream of mushroom on top of rice. Rub each piece of chicken with Kitchen Bouquet and salt lightly. Lay the chicken on top of soup. Spoon rest of soup evenly on top of chicken. Fold foil together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours.
