CHICKEN/PORK OVER RICE 
4-6 pieces chicken or pork
1 c. orange juice
1 1/3 c. uncooked rice
Chicken and rice soup or chicken broth

Brown chicken or pork in frying pan. In a 9 x 13 x 2 dish, put rice, then pour orange juice over rice and place chicken on rice. Pour soup over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes with aluminum foil. Then remove foil and cook for 10 minutes more.
