ESCALLOPED HASH BROWNS | |
2 lb. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. grated cheese 2 c. crushed corn flakes (optional, but good) 1/4 c. melted butter(optional, but good) Defrost hash browns and combine all ingredients except butter and corn flakes. Combine butter and corn flakes and sprinkle on top. Use 3 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 16. |
