COLD DAY CHILI 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (32 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. can red kidney beans
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Brown beef in skillet. Drain beans, add to meat with all ingredients in pot. Cook on medium heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4 to 6 people.
