COLE SLAW 
4 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. diced celery
1/3 c. slivered green pepper
1/3 c. grated carrot
1/4 c. sliced radishes (optional)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. milk
Dash pepper & paprika

Blend dressing ingredients. Gently toss vegetables together. Then toss with cole slaw dressing. Refrigerate until ready to use.
