ALOUETTE CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. milk
2 c. plain bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. Alouette cheese spread
Fresh parsley, minced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip each breast in milk and then into bread crumbs, coating both sides. Place chicken in a baking pan. Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

Remove chicken from oven. Spread 1/4 cup Alouette cheese on each breast. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake until cheese begins to melt, about 2 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
