3-4 c. Fritos
3 c. cooked chicken
1 c. green chilis, drained
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Grease 3 quart casserole. Place 2 1/2 cups Fritos on bottom. Add chicken. Mix chilis, onions, salt, pepper, cumin and garlic. Spread over chicken. Spread cheese over mixture, then sour cream. Bake covered at 325 degrees 30 minutes. Uncover. Add remaining Fritos. Bake 15 minutes.
