HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drain & chop
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika

Blend all ingredients and place in 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown and sprinkle with paprika and cool 10 minutes before serving.
