1 (4 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut

Use large mixing bowl. Make pudding as directed on package. Let set. Fold in Cool Whip, pineapple and coconut. Cherries or nuts may be used (optional).
