GREEK SALAD DRESSING
2/3 c. olive oil 1/3 c. wine vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. oregano 1 garlic clove, crushed Put all ingredients in jar and cover. Shake well. Makes 1 cup. Pour over your favorite salad combination, or antipasto. Excellent marinade too!
