SEAFOOD FETTUCCINE 
2 tbsp. butter
4 tsp. flour
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crab meat
6 oz. cooked fettucini
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Melt butter; stir in flour. Gradually add half and half; stir until thickened. Add Parmesan. Cook and stir until smooth. Fold in crab meat; heat 3 minutes. Stir occasionally. Toss fettucini with sauce; sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
