1 sm. potato, hot
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 sqs. semi-sweet baking chocolate

Mash potato very fine. Add sugar gradually with melted butter and vanilla. Add coconut; mix well. Butter cake pan and spread mixture evenly into pan. Melt 3 squares chocolate and cover over candy. Let stand about 2 hours. Cut into squares.
