3/4 c. mashed potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
4 c. powdered sugar, sifted
4 c. flaked coconut
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/3 bar of paraffin

Combine mashed potatoes, vanilla, powdered sugar and coconut. Mix well. Chill overnight. Shape into balls. Chill again. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler. Dip candy in chocolate. Place on waxed paper to set.
