MASHED POTATO CANDY 
4 c. powdered sugar
1 lb. flaked coconut
3/4 c. mashed potatoes, freshly mashed

TOPPING:

6 oz. chocolate chips
4 squares Baker's chocolate
1/2 bar paraffin wax

Mix powdered sugar, coconut and freshly mashed potatoes. Mix thoroughly, then refrigerate for 1 hour. When cooled, roll into 1" balls. Re-cool until firm. Stick toothpick into balls and dip into chocolate mixture. Tastes very much like Mounds candy bars.
