1 small Potato (cooked & mashed)
1 lb. 4x sugar
1/2 c. Peanut Butter

Mix potato and sugar together. Roll out thin, spread with peanut-butter. Roll up like a jelly roll.

Chill 10 minutes. Cut and refrigerate until firm.
