1 1/4 c. plain flour
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. alum
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. boiling water
Food coloring

Mix dry ingredients together. Pour in hot water. Mix well and knead. Add more flour if needed. Store in airtight container.
