GERMAN POTATO SALAD | |
3 to 4 lbs. salad potatoes, cooked and sliced 6 strips bacon, diced 1/4 c. diced onion 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 1 c. water Fry bacon and onion together until crisp. Remove from heat; stir in flour and sugar. Pour in vinegar and water. Return to low heat and stir until thickened. Pour over sliced potatoes. Best if served warm. |
