RHUBARB AND STRAWBERRIES 
1 lb. fresh rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 3 1/2 c.)
1/4 c. water
2 c. slices fresh strawberries
10 packets Equal (or 1/3 c. sugar)

In 2-quart saucepan, combine rhubarb and water; cover. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until soft. Add strawberries and heat 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Equal (or sugar). Chill before serving. Serve alone, or could be topping for ice cream of ice milk.
