STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM | |
4 c. rhubarb, cut in sm. pieces 4 c. sliced strawberries, either fresh or frozen 3 c. sugar Mix rhubarb, strawberries and sugar. Let stand for about 2 hours. Bring to a boil. Boil about 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 package strawberry Jello. Pour in jelly jars and seal with wax. |
