SIMPLE RHUBARB - STRAWBERRY JAM 
5 c. rhubarb, finely chopped
3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

Add sugar to rhubarb in a large bowl. Let stand overnight. Next day, bring mixture to a boil and boil for 15 minutes. Add Jello. Allow to cool a bit. Put in jars and seal.
