STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM 
4 c. rhubarb, cut into sm. pieces
3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

Mix rhubarb and sugar. Cook until almost stewed. Remove from heat. Let cool for a few minutes. Add strawberry Jello. Stir until dissolved. Put into jars. Freeze until ready to use.
