MOM'S CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 1 1/4 c. oil 4 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 jars jr. baby food carrots 1 c. chopped nuts Cream Cheese Frosting Beat together sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon; add to sugar mixture. Stir in carrots and nuts.
