BROWNIE PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
6 tbsp. cocoa (level)
2 1/4 c. boiling water

Mix flour, sugar and 3 tablespoons cocoa. Add milk, oil and vanilla. Mix only until smooth. Add nuts (if desired). Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan. Then mix together brown sugar and 6 tablespoons cocoa (level). Sprinkle over batter and pour boiling water over batter.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. Very good served with vanilla ice cream.
