FUNNEL CAKES 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Sift dry ingredients together, add eggs and milk, pour mixture through funnel, making circular movement as liquid drops into hot oil. Flip cake when lightly browned, remove from oil after opposite side is browned and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
