CORN DRESSING BALLS 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
16 oz. can creamed corn
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. pkg. stuffing mix
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted

Saute onions and celery and 4 tablespoons butter. Boil corn, water, poultry seasoning and pepper. Add stuffing mix and eggs. Form into balls. Pour 1/2 cup butter over balls. (Omit butter to make less moist.) Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
