DRESSING BALLS 
1/2 c. onion
1 c. celery
1/4 c. butter
13 oz. can cream corn
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Bring above ingredients to a boil. Pour over an 8 ounce package of croutons and add 3 egg yolks. Form into 15 balls with an ice cream scoop. Place in a baking dish and pour 1/2 cup melted butter over balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, covered for 20 minutes and uncovered for the rest.
