CHICKEN KIEV 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 chicken breasts, skinned, deboned is best
1/4 c. dry white wine or apple juice
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped parsley

In heavy 2-quart saucepan, melt butter. Meanwhile, shake together in plastic bag or bowl the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Dip chicken in butter, then coat with dry mixture. Place on ungreased 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees near center of oven for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.

Add wine or juice, green onion and parsley to remaining butter. Pour over cooked chicken and return it to oven for 3-5 minutes until sauce is hot.
