CHICKEN KIEV OLE 
1 env. cheese sauce mix
6 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tsp. minced onions
8 lg. chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. green chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Lettuce, diced
Tomatoes, diced
Olives, sliced

Combine cheese sauce mix, butter and onions. Stir well and chill. Pound chicken to 1/8" thickness with mallet. Place a spoonful of cheese mixture on each breast. Roll up breast, tucking in sides to enclose filling.

Combine taco seasoning mix and garlic powder. Coat chicken rolls with taco mixture. Place filled and coated breasts, seam side down, in shallow pan (11"x7"). Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Combine sour cream, chilies and onion powder. Arrange chicken on bed of lettuce, tomatoes and olives. Serve with sour cream mixture.
